ROYAL MAIL Tracked Next day £6.95 - Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered up until 1pm the following day. Next day orders placed on a Friday before 1 pm, can’t be guaranteed for delivery until the following Monday.
If placed after 1pm or over the weekend, delivery will be on the second working day.
Please note, we are unable to process any orders over weekends and bank holidays. They will be processed on the next working day.

You will be contacted via telephone or email by a member of Wonderful Hair Extensions team, for any additional costs incurred, for example due to the size and weight of your order and or certain areas/postcodes.
*Liquids over 1 litre will need to be sent by DHL courier and may cost more to ship

Please note- during busy periods, items can take up to 3-5 working days to be despatched
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are more than happy for the goods to be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. We offer a 14-day returns policy on the basis the following conditions have been met:
The hair extensions have not been worn, tampered with, coloured or removed from the packaging, for hygiene reasons.
The hair extensions have not been removed from the cable tie and elastic bands. If the hair has been removed and pulled back through the cable tie, this will cause damage to the hair therefore a return will not be accepted.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so ensure it’s packed up securely and will not be damaged in transit, we would recommend returning the item by recorded delivery. Please note we are unable to refund postage charges. A refund can take up to two weeks during busy periods. And the full refund amount will be the full product price at the time of purchase.
